Rger Slominski

 

 

Roger Slominski
Roger has volunteered for the Design Review Committee since June 1999, and has worked on the revision of the Design Review Guidelines. He has lived in the Glenshire area for 21 years, having moved here from Los Angeles. He is a contractor, building his own home as well as spec building. He and his wife, Denise, enjoy skiing, boating and camping with their 2 children, Eric & Lauren. Roger is committed to continually improving the development of Glenshire within the Design Review Guidelines.


Wayne Scholl

 

 

Wayne Scholl
Wayne has served on the Design Review since May 2002. Wayne and his wife, Paula, moved to Glenshire over 3 years ago after living in Tahoe City for 28 years. Wayne is a retired High School Principal of North Tahoe High School. He has 4 children, eight grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He enjoys fly-fishing and gardening. Wayne's interested in compliance and update of the governing documents.

Kristi Thompson

 

 

Kristi Thompson
Kristi and her husband, Chris, have lived in Glenshire for over three years after moving to Truckee from Pleasanton. They enjoy skiing, golfing and traveling with their two children. She is an architect with a local firm, which will assist the committee in addressing style similarity cases. Kristi also enjoys baking and volunteering at her children’s elementary school.

Tip Chase

 

Tip Chase
Tip has been a volunteer on the Design Review Committee since 2006? Tip and his wife, Donna, have lived in Truckee for over 9 years and in Glenshire for over three years. Tip and Donna have one daughter and one grandson who they enjoy visiting as much as possible. Tip enjoys golf and skiing, but his favorite pastime is stained glass. Tip works for a local homeowners association where he has gained significant experience in design review. When Tip joined the committee, he had two goals; the first was to “get involved” in the community, and the second was to work to continually improve our development.

Chris Simpson  

Chris Simpson
Chris and his wife, Valerie recently moved to Truckee from San Diego. They enjoy all outdoor activities and spending time with their two beautiful daughters, ages 10 & 12. He is self-employed as President of Simpson Consulting Group, Inc. a land development consulting company specializing in building and entitlement management/permits. He has acquired over twenty years experience in the civil engineering and land surveying industry. Chris also enjoys coaching youth sports.
